Welcome to InstaPlayers, a service provided by ByteInk L.L.C-FZ. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and services. By using our app, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Our Content: All materials in the app, including design, text, images, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by ByteInk. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app's content without our prior written permission.

6. Termination of Services

We may terminate or suspend your access to InstaPlayers at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ByteInk and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ByteInk, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of InstaPlayers, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
